Forgot Username or Password?

Reset Your Password

1. Visit our password recovery page.
2. Enter your email address in the field provided.
3. Click on the "Send Reset Email" button.
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
5. Click on the link in the email to open the password reset page.
6. Enter your new password in the field provided.
7. Re-enter your new password in the "Confirm Password" field.
8. Click on the button to confirm.

Retrieve Your Username

1. Submit a support ticket.
2. Include your email address in the "Email" field.
3. In the "Message" field, explain that you have forgotten your username and would like to retrieve it. Additionally, include your full name and, if applicable, your real estate license number.
4. Click on the "Submit" button.

New Email Address

• If your email address has changed and you want to enroll in another class:
  • Create a new account with your new email address.
• If you can no longer access your old email address and you need to access a current enrollment:
  • Call our office at 405-367-6290.
  • Submit a support ticket.
    
    • Include your current email address in the "Email" field.
    • In the "Message" field, explain that you can no longer access your old email address and would like to update your account with your new email address. Additionally, include your full name and, if applicable, your real estate license number.
    • Click the "Submit" button.
