After course completion, you can download your PDF certificate file which contains instructions, your certificate, and the Application for Real Estate License. How to Download Your Real Estate Pre-License Course Certificate
- Visit charlesbarnes.com
- Login
- Click on the "Account" icon located on the top right of the page.
- Under the "Account" menu, click on "My Enrollments."
- To the right of your completed enrollment, click on the "Certificate" button.
- Click the download button.
If you haven't already submitted the Application for Real Estate License to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission:
- Submit the following to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission:
- Complete the online application for Real Estate License.
- Upload course completion certificate.
- Complete fingerprints for the background check.

Input 2B7NR3 as the Service Code and select the “Go” button.

Follow the instruction to finish scheduling your appointment
- Complete the online application for Real Estate License.
After the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC) receives and processes your real estate license application, the OREC will email your candidate ID and instructions on how you can schedule your real estate exam with PSI.
